Yes. You can combine web or mobile with GPS, dynamic QR terminal, NFC tags, geofences and the swipe-to-clock feature to prevent accidental taps. Managers activate methods per site or employee.
They define a radius around a location (office, site, client). When active, clock-ins are valid only within the zone or flagged as an incident. You can assign different geofences per employee or site.
The company displays a QR code on a terminal (tablet or screen) that refreshes every few seconds. Logged-in employees scan it with their mobile device, validating entry or exit without sharing credentials on a shared screen.
We recommend NTAG 424 DNA with SUN (Secure Unique NFC): each read generates an AES-CMAC signed URL with counter, and Jornadapp rejects duplicates. Simple UID tags work but offer less anti-copy protection.
Yes, on mobile apps. Without mobile coverage, clock-ins are stored on the device and synchronized once connection is restored, keeping the timestamp and method.
Yes. Jornadapp links workers to authorized devices. Clock-ins from unrecognized devices can trigger alerts, blocks or review queues based on company policy. On native apps, verification is reinforced with Play Integrity (Android) and App Attest (iOS).
Records can include a cryptographic signature generated on the authorized device. On mobile apps, the private key is secured by Android Keystore or Apple Keychain for verifiable traceability.
It is an optional add-on for mobile teams. Location is recorded only when the add-on is active, tracking is enabled, and the worker is actively on shift (not on break). The operational live position is deleted when a break starts or the worker clocks out. Workers see a persistent notification on their device whenever tracking is active.

• Spain: AEPD and art. 90 LOPDGDD permit workplace geolocation within art. 20.3 Workers Statute, with prior notice, limited purpose and proportionality.
• Portugal: GDPR (Law 58/2019) and Labor Code; CNPD requires lawful basis, prior notice, proportionality and DPIA where relevant.
• UK: UK GDPR and DPA 2018; ICO requires written notice, documented lawful basis, data minimisation and no covert tracking without justification.
In all cases, clear prior notice, purpose limitation and data minimisation apply.
Jornadapp includes safeguards aligned with AEPD criteria: a notice before each route, capture only during effective working time, automatic break suspension, server-side rejection outside working time, restricted scope and access, access/export auditing, and layered retention (30 days for points, 3 months for the company map and 365 days for the summary).
This is not an AEPD certification and does not make every use lawful. The company remains responsible for necessity, proportionality, legal basis, prior notice, records of processing, Article 28 terms, any required DPIA, appropriate work equipment or alternative, and human review.
Yes. Includes weekly and daily planner, reusable templates, base schedule per worker, visible public holidays and overlap detection. Push reminders are skipped on approved holidays or leaves.
Employees request leave or permissions; managers approve and check balances and team calendar. Working days are counted according to schedule. Approved leaves can sync with Google Calendar, Outlook or iCal.

It is an optional module for mobile teams. The company creates and assigns work orders with client details; the employee sees pending jobs, navigates with Google Maps or Waze, calls the recipient and closes the job with photos and a digital signature. Client data is processed under Art. 28 GDPR and is visible only to the assigned worker.

Reports can be digitally signed. PDF viewers like Adobe Acrobat trust the signature once the root CA certificate is installed. Download rootCA.crt and add it to your system Trusted Root Certification Authorities store.
They are SHA-256 fingerprints of the report, data manifest and generated PDF. If a document is altered, the recalculated hash will not match Jornadapp records.
Yes. Jornadapp includes a complete real-time HTTP Webhooks platform with 20+ supported events (clock-ins, weekly sign-offs, absences, expenses, employees, requests, and safety alerts).
Every webhook features HMAC-SHA256 signature verification, automatic retries with exponential backoff, detailed delivery logs, and live testing (using tools like webhook.site). Compatible with ERPs, CRMs, payroll software, Zapier, Make, and custom APIs.
To test a webhook in 30 seconds without setting up your own server:
1. Go to https://webhook.site and copy your free unique URL.
2. Paste it into the “Endpoint URL” field when creating or editing a webhook in Jornadapp.
3. Click “Send test” on the webhook list.
4. On Webhook.site you will instantly see the incoming request with headers (X-Jornadapp-Event, X-Jornadapp-Signature) and full JSON.
If you get a 405 error (Method Not Allowed): Webhooks are sent via HTTP POST. A 405 response means your destination server or route only accepts GET requests or redirected without preserving POST. Ensure your endpoint accepts POST requests.
Yes. Managers can enable TOTP 2FA from Settings to strengthen company panel access security.
Yes. Managers and employees can authenticate with digital certificates (DNIe, FNMT and other supported certificate authorities) where supported by the browser.
Yes. Modern web browser, native mobile apps (Google Play, AppGallery, App Store) and installable PWA on Chrome or Safari.
Mobile apps provide employee and manager operational access for existing accounts. In compliance with store guidelines, subscription and billing are managed on the web platform by account administrators.
The employee can submit a regularization request explaining the reason and signing a responsible declaration. Similarly, the company can directly propose a time correction for the employee to confirm or decline. The entire process is recorded with timestamps, responsible user, and tamper-proof legal traceability.
Jornadapp provides tools to record start and end times, manage breaks, retain records and export signed PDFs with QR codes and verification hashes. Legal compliance does not depend on software alone: each company must configure and use the system according to applicable labor agreements, internal procedures and data-protection rules.

Single plan per active user by tier, with a monthly minimum and VAT at the applicable rate. Includes a 14-day trial. Optional extras (live tracking, expenses and allowances, internal chat, and routes and mileage) are activated per company. Prices are shown before VAT: if your business is established in another EU country and its VAT number is validated in VIES, the invoice carries 0% VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism; otherwise the plan VAT rate applies. Jornadapp protects data with HTTPS, secure cookies, role-based access control, auditing and private document vaults. Sensitive fields are application-encrypted with AES-256-GCM; backups and storage include infrastructure encryption at rest.
Jornadapp integrates a secure Ethics & Whistleblower channel compliant with Spanish Law 2/2023 and EU Directive 2019/1937 (compulsory for companies with 50+ employees) as well as mandatory anti-harassment protocols (compulsory for all companies with 1+ employees). It supports anonymous reports with private encryption keys, statutory deadlines (7-day receipt acknowledgement and 3-month resolution), isolated case files, an optional external compliance officer, and the official registration log required by law.
